Ejaculation and Male Potency
Since the beginning of time, it seems humans have been fixated on the beauty and power of the penis. A symbol of manhood, strength, dominance and success, the penis and all its workings have prominently figured in the art and imagination of cultures worldwide. Yet all the attention given to penis size, erection capability and lasting power are really pretty much an adjunct to the real moment of truth: the orgasm. After all, isn’t that the real goal of all the penis-centered concern, to have bigger and more potent climaxes?
That may explain why the spotlight has focused more recently on ejaculation. Men are considering not only the intensity or strength of orgasms, but how their volume of ejaculate affects many aspects of their sexual identity and enjoyment.
Overview of ejaculation
To get a sense of the vital role of a healthy, abundant volume of ejaculate in male pleasure, let’s take a look at how male climax works.
First, semen collects in the ejaculatory ducts during sexual stimulation. Male orgasm happens at the peak of sexual pleasure, when the various muscle groups contract simultaneously: rhythmic contractions of the pubococcygeus muscle (pc muscle) occur along with contractions of the anal sphincter, rectum and perineum, and the ejaculatory ducts and muscles around the penis. The contracting muscles are the key to delivering the load of semen. The first few contractions are intense and close together, occurring at about 0.8-second intervals. As orgasm continues, the contractions diminish in intensity and duration and occur at less frequent intervals.
The exact amount of ejaculate is determined by a number of factors, including heredity, diet, overall health, frequency of sexual activity and age. The content, however, is about the same for all men: the ejaculate contains sperm and a long list of components that read like a vitamin pill label: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, choline, citric acid, creatine, fructose, glutathione, hyaluronidase, inositol, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, purine, pyrimidine, pyruvic acid, sodium, sorbitol, vitamin B12, and zinc. Each of these ingredients, though, represents just a tiny amount — and the total measure of a typical “load” is somewhere between 1.5 ml and 5 ml. The majority of the ejaculate volume is fluid from the prostate and the seminal vesicles.
The taste of semen varies greatly from one man to another, again affected by diet and overall physical health. The range goes from salty to sweet, may be bitter or mellow, and sometimes creates a very mild “numbing” effect to the lips and tongue of the taster. The taste can be deliberately changed, according to a number of online and physician’s sources.
Healthy ejaculate will appear either translucently whitish or greyish to opaque white. Men who’ve had a vasectomy will have lighter, more translucent semen, devoid of the typical 15 to 20 million sperm of a usual ejaculation. Though a variety of textures and appearances are within the healthy range, most people equate very white, dense and more voluminous ejaculate with a healthier and more potent male.
Influences on ejaculation volume
When should a man be concerned about his Sperm Count and potency? Sometimes a dramatic decrease in ejaculate volume may indicate blockage of one of the ejaculatory ducts. Duct obstruction is diagnosed by prostate ultrasound. Other possible causes of decreased volume include retrograde ejaculation or a long-term infection of the prostate (chronic prostatitis). Decreased semen volume may simply be a normal part of aging and may not necessarily result in decreased fertility.
If there is concern about the amount, appearance and texture of the ejaculate, it may be advisable to consider semen testing by a qualified physician. The standard semen analysis measures semen volume and pH, microscopically analyses for debris and agglutination, assesses sperm concentration and morphology, counts sperm leukoctyes and identifies immature germ cells. Usually this is carried out after two to seven days of sexual abstinence, on a semen sample collected at the doctor’s office. The physician will probably also wish to conduct tests to rule out urinary infection, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
In many cases, the semen analysis yields results that are technically within the “normal” range, yet men may still feel dissatisfied with the contracting power of orgasms, the volume and appearance of their ejaculate, and their fertility. For them, and for men who simply wish to experience the added confidence and pleasure of higher sperm count, there is an excellent natural preparation known as Semenax™ (www.Semenax.com) which holistically addresses the problem.
Semenax™ has been shown to Increase Sperm Count and boost the volume of ejaculate by as much as 500 percent, and improves quality of sperm, motility of sperm, overall sperm count, and efficiency of semen and sperm production.
Benefits of increasing sperm count and sperm volume
The advantages of orgasming with greater volume and power are numerous. By increasing both volume of fluid and quantity/health of sperm, the load is not only bigger, more impressive and more pleasurable, but much more potent, too.
The larger the volume of fluid and sperm that’s available for each orgasm, the more contractions it takes to shoot all of it — and each contraction is stronger and more intense. The male orgasm, typically quite a brief event, can become a much longer-lasting experience.
Potency and fertility are of concern to all men, but particularly those with an immediate desire to impregnate their mate. Infertility is increasingly common, and a product like Semenax™ is a good help in this area.
Finally, there are significant benefits to a man’s confidence when he is able to increase sperm count, increase Sperm Volume and power. Sexual confidence is tied not only to success in romantic endeavours, but to many other kinds of success as well; studies show confidence in sexual identity carries over into every aspect of a man’s life.
How volume-boosting products work on your sperm count?
Volume increasers vary a great deal in formulation, cost and manufacture methods. Here we’ll look at a very popular and proven choice, Semenax™, to demonstrate how it works.
Semenax™ was developed by a group of health professionals to improve every aspect of sexual function and enjoyment for men. The focus is on volume boosting, because of its many related benefits. Formulated of natural ingredients with centuries of anecdotal proof in many cultures worldwide, the Semenax™ product contains botanicals and natural ingredients to tonify and support the ejaculatory ducts, epididymis, testes, prostate gland, seminal vesicles and vas deferens — that is, every part of the male reproductive system.
Semenax™ is manufactured in a cGMP Certified Pharmaceutical facility (something to look for when shopping for volume products), and its ingredients include the amino acids L-arginine HCL, L-carnitine and L-lysine to increase testosterone and sperm count and motility; herbals epimedium sagittatum, catuaba bark and South American maca to boost libido and potency; and nutritionals to aid testosterone synthesis and prostate health.
When shopping for a volume boosting product, check for manufacture in a cGMP Certified Pharmaceutical facility, statements attesting to testing and research, and laboratory-controlled dosing.

Hair Fitness offers a new dietary supplement just for men! This powerful, triple-action formula contains 46 synergistic ingredients designed to keep a man’s body fit, his prostate healthy and his hair thick and shiny.Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) elevation is the main culprit responsible for a male’s loss of hair, body tone and prostate function EVEN WHEN A MAN IS YOUNG!The prostatic accumulation of both DHT and estrogen is in part correlated with aging and also with an increase of the estrogen/androgen ratio. Aging also has a significant impact on DHT-removing enzymes. Only resistance training and anaerobic exercise that targets the fast twitch (FT) muscle fibers can reduce the physical component of aging. The ingredients in Priority Male address the hormonal and protein changes as manifested by the declining muscle protein synthesis that occurs with DHT and 5-alpha reductase elevations. While physical exercise can only be undertaken by a man’s commitment to his own health, Priority Male supplies the various nutritional factors necessary to achieve a healthy, lean, energetic body and help slow down a male’s biological clock.Changes in semen quality and fertility in men with age in a review of the literature (Kidd et al., 2001).Parameter Age comparison ChangeSemen volume 30 versus 50 years 3-22% decreaseSperm concentration Varying NoneAbnormal sperm morphology 50 years 4-18% increaseTime to pregnancy 30-50 years 5-20% increasePregnancy rates 50 years 23-38% decreaseSubfecundity Varying 11-250% increase L-Ornithine and L-Arginine promote natural growth hormone release from the pituitary gland and nourish a healthy, energetic metabolism. Professor Robert McLachlan, Consultant Andrologist at Monash IVF and Director of Andrology Australia, addressed hundreds of medical professionals attending the annual Fertility Society of Australia Conference in Brisbane encouraging a greater recognition of men’s health matters in the setting of infertility.
“Male reproductive dysfunction is the sole or contributory cause of infertility in half of the couples presenting for treatment at IVF centres”, said Professor McLachlan. He went on to say “while we have made terrific technological advancements such as ICSI that allow a normal pregnancy from many men with severe infertility, we always have a responsibility to fully evaluate men for conditions that can be treated to restore their ability to father children naturally. We must also look for conditions that are known to be more common in this group of men, and also address matters of lifestyle that could impact on fertility and their health more generally.”
These important points were also made recently by Professor McLachlan when addressing General Practitioners at a series of education lectures held by Monash IVF at several sites nationally. The aim of these educational events was to raise awareness of how to make early detection of the signs and symptoms of male and female infertility. Early intervention by lifestyle changes and/or medical treatment could then be more effective at either restoring natural fertility or improving the outcomes of medical treatments for infertility, such as IVF.
When men consult a GP or Fertility Specialist with their female partner in an effort to achieve a pregnancy it is an opportune time for lifestyle issues to be addressed whilst they are relatively young and healthy. The co-morbidities associated with poor lifestyle and infertility include testicular cancer, cardio vascular disease and androgen deficiency but, for many, the symptoms of these will not be realised until a further 20+ years down the track. For many men, their attendance with a fertility problem may be the first time they have seen a doctor for quite a while and taking the opportunity to address their holistic health care should not be missed.
Another important observation is that 70% of men with Klinefelter’s Syndrome (chromosomes XXY) escape diagnosis for their entire lifetime! This is alarming considering that a simple testicular examination would alert a Medical Practitioner to this given that testicular volume in Klinefelter’s men is around 4ml compared to the normal 30ml. Many do not have the “textbook” appearance (tall, feminised) but their health and well-being would greatly benefit from testosterone supplementation once diagnosed.
Andrology Australia has developed an excellent booklet “Your Sperm and How to Look After Them” which provides men with information on factors affecting their fertility and lifelong fertile health. It is aimed at single and partnered men of all ages. Hard copies can be obtained directly from Andrology Australia free of charge to Australian residents.

You are what you eat and fuel you put into your body influences how much you get from sex. The natural herbs enclosed will give you harder erections, better performance and more intense orgasms…
Before we look at the herbs, let’s look at some common problems which are a barrier to enjoying great sex.
Low testosterone can be a problem for many men and you simply need to have plenty of this key sex hormone.
Your blood circulation if weak can cause poor health and sees your libido and sexual performance plummet, as your enjoyment from sex is reliant on delivering blood to the sex organs in sufficient volume to get an erection.
Getting the blood to the penis is only half the story though it needs to be let in on arrival and then the chemical nitric oxide plays a vital role. If you don’t secrete enough nitric oxide, you will never get a strong erection - let’s look at what it does.
It relaxes and expands the blood vessels, that lead to the penis and lets an increased flow of blood in, swelling the penis and the visible result is a hard erection.
Last but not least, we have overall body energy levels and state of mind.
Low energy levels means your body, diverts what energy it has to other more important matters and that does not include sex, even if you think it should!

There are some couples who just cant get pregnant after many tries even over a full year. When the problem is a male issue, it is usually called male infertility. Studies have shown that at least a third of the reported infertility cases are based on male infertility.
A man diagnosed with male infertility has either not enough, or unhealthy sperm.
Other reasons why a man has trouble getting a woman pregnant, besides male infertility include erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, or problems from penis enlargement surgery.
A low sperm volume (or none at all) can be caused by severe mumps infection, hormone problems, genetics, or an infection. It can also be caused by poor blood circulation due to tight underwear, smoking, alcohol or illegal drugs, and also by pollution.
It is also possible for a man to have abnormal sperm. Abnormal sperm is a problem with sperm motility meaning the sperm have trouble swimming and finding the egg. This can result from an injury or poor development of the testicles or a swollen scrotum. Either cause can produce excessive heat in the scrotum which can hurt the sperm production process.
If you think you are affected by male infertility, you should see a doctor right away. This is especially true if you have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. A specialist can find the reason for your infertility issue and provide a treatment to fix the problem.
How A Doctor Diagnoses Male Infertility
The doctor would look at your medical history, a sample or semen and urine (to check number and quality of sperm and check for retrograde ejaculation in the bladder), and a blood test (to check for hormonal imbalances or infections). More testing is possible depending on the first results.
Male Fertility Treatments
You may wonder if there are any treatments for male infertility. Well yes, it can be treated. It is shown in research that over 50 percent of male infertility cases can be fixed. There are treatments to help the couple get pregnant, and also treatments to help the man produce more sperm.
Medications can help the man Increase SperSperm Volume, cure infections, and balance the hormones. Also you can try remedies like wearing lose clothing like boxers, and avoiding hot tubs, saunas and long hot showers.
Other treatments exist for more severe cases where the man produces no sperm at all or where medications are unusable. These treatments can be more invasive or expensive and include in vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, and using a sperm donor.
In vitro fertilization is a light operation which involves injecting one of the mans sperms inside the womans egg to create pregnancy.
Artificial insemination injects the sperm right into the womans fallopian tubes to make it easier for sperm to find the egg and fertilize it Before, the sperm might not have been enough or strong enough to reach and fertilize the egg.
In some cases where the man produces no sperm at all, a sperm donor can be found but this often is embarrassing or frustrating for the man as he is unable to produce enough or any sperm on his own.
Sperm Health And Volume Enhancement
Generally, sperm production and health can be improved without a single doctor visit. Men with a low sperm volume due to poor diet or lack of exercise can take herbal supplements to replace the nutrients they are missing or hormones they are not producing enough of.
Healthy sperm requires a delicate balance of nutrients in the diet and herbal dietary supplements can aid in the natural production of semen. Taking semen volume pills can help a couple get pregnant and also can provide benefits in the way of male sexual enhancement.
At the end of the day however, living a healthy life with good diet and proper exercise, rest and no drug use can go a long way towards improving sperm health and volume.

What vitamins are good to take to do so? What foods will increase the load? What’s the deal with those pills that you see on the internet that are suppose to increase the volume? My girl really wants me to give her a mouthful…sorry if that sounds sick. One side question…..I hear it feels amazing when a lot comes out…is that true?
It’s mostly protein and sugar, so eating more protein might help. Beyond supplements, there are two things you can do to increase the volume.
1) Don’t ejaculate for 2 days. If you ejaculate every day, your body will produce the right amount for you. But if you then stop and wait about 2 days, it will build up a reserve because it thinks you need enough for daily ejaculation. If you wait too long, though, say 3 or 4 days, it will get absorbed back into your body and it will be a normal amount, which is about a teaspoon.
2) Play "stop and go." When you feel an orgasm building, stop it. Try peeing at that point. You won’t actually pee, but because you cannot pee and ejaculate at the same time, it will stop the orgasm. You can also try clamping down on the base of your penis. After doing this for 4 or 5 times (or 12), you will have an incredible orgasm. In combination of the first tip, you’ll fill her mouth to overflowing.
Doing something taboo can also help bring out the volume — something that really excites you. For me, that’s a bisexual threesome. What turns you on the most? Do that in combination with the above tricks.
Hope everything comes out OK.
