Within the high-paced, highly controverted field of bioethics, the most hotly debated issues center on sexuality, reproductive technology, and the family. This new volume from the Center for Bioethics and Human Dignity provides a thought-provoking appraisal of the ethical dimension of the reproductive revolution from a Christian perspective. Thirty scholars and medical practitioners discuss some of the most pressing topics related to human reproduction, including: — the moral status of embryos; — the use of donor eggs and sperm; — surrogate motherhood and human cloning; — the abortifacient effect of birth control pills.

L-Arginine/L-Citrulline Complex - Supports Peak Performance. L-arginine is converted to nitric oxide which aids in the relaxation of blood vessels. The effect is better blood circulation in the body and especially in the extremities (eg. genitalia). For this reason L-arginine helps in stimulating and maintaining erection (at least in males). Men with erectile dysfunction may benefit from intake of L-arginine rich foods or l-arginine supplement. L-arginine is a major component of ejaculate (seminal fluid and sperm) and there fore it is important for maintaining healthy ejaculate volume.Other L-arginine benefits include maintainance of nitrogen balance, reL-Arginine and L-citrulline are two amino acids bundled into a single powerful supplement.* L-Arginine is an important factor in muscle metabolism and a precursor for nitric oxide, which promotes increased circulation by relaxing blood vessels. * L-Citrulline helps the body rid itself of ammonia, a by-product of exercise. This clearing enables the body to recover after a workout.1 tablet contains: L-Arginine (as L-Arginine HCI) 750 mg L-Citrulline 250 mgSuggested Use: 1 tablet four times daily.Notice: Individual results may vary. Sperm Count (Certified Natural)” />
Supplementstogo and Sexual Supplements Brings you Spermamax, A powerful combination of key vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and botanicals, Spermamax is an exact clone of the wildly popular 'Fertility Blend for Men:' a scientifically validated herbal nutritional blend for improving fertility by enhancing sperm count, sperm health, and sperm mobility. Spermamaxs List of Ingredients includes: Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate): This essential mineral is involved in sperm motility and aids in maintaining testosterone levels.1 It also has a positive impact on the bodys metabolism, which leads to an increase in energy. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): Recent studies have shown that Vitamin C, or absorbic acid, enhances nitric oxide synthase activity, maintaining the levels and increasing the effects of nitric oxide.1 This is important because nitric oxide plays a major role in the male erection. Parasympathetic (nerve) stimulation to the penile muscle is controlled by nitric oxide.2 Because this parasympathetic stimulation is only present in the penis, the arteries vasodilate, or widen, at a more rapid rate than throughout the rest of the body; in other words, erection can be achieved rapidly because of an increased blood flow. Furthermore, Vitamin C is commonly known for its antioxidant properties and has been suggested to be the most important water-soluble antioxidant in the body. Vitamin E: Vitamin E is essential for nutrition.1 It is the main antioxidant of cellular membranes and other lipid-based areas of the body. Vitamin E also might be helpful against cardiovascular disease and some forms of cancer, and it seems to be an immunity booster. Studies have also suggested Vitamin E as an aid in increasing exercise performance and enhancing male fertility. Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) : In studies cited on the Physicians Desk Reference Online, Vitamin B-6 pyridoxine HCl has been shown to lower blood pressure and total cholesterol levels and increase HDL-cholesterol

besides "not ejaculating everyday" are there any special food
that i can consume ?
Supposedly, zinc supplements can do this. A lot of male porn stars attest to it. Lots of sleep and water helps, too.
Peace

I am 31 years old and my husband is 32 years old we have been trying for a year to get pregnant.
I ovulate normally every month my HSG test was good. However my husband has a Mobility rate of 4%, motility rate of 13% , Volubility of 28%, sperm Concentration of 0.8% and Sperm Count of 1.9 million. I know it only takes one but do we stand a chance with IUI.
to be honest, sperm quality can be greatly improved within a few months by taking multivits, omega 3 and zinc. healthy diet inc oily fish, fruit /veg. no smoking/drinking/drugs/hot baths/tight pants. do all this and retest in 4 months. good luck.

How can we find out if my fiance has a low Sperm Count or has problems with them or anything?
We are TTC and he smokes so i was just wondering how we could go about finding out if there are problems with his sperm.
What types of test are there?
I would say start by getting him to quit smoking (easier said then done) & have him start on vitamins C & E or a really good mens multi vitamin to help increase sperm production. If that doesn’t work then go to the doctor to have his sperm tested.
