Thanks to the immense media coverage of successful athletes who previously used steroids, teenagers throwing caution to the wind with their use. Unfortunately, irreparable damage and even death results from their uneducated use of this powerful drug. This indeed is serious.

Steroids can physically change a teenager’s body, and not always for good.
To take steroids, a user must inject them into his body. Unfortunately, users become sloppy, and many use non sterile injections or share needles with other users.
Thanks to unregulated and many times dirty manufacturing environments, many users are at risk for hepatitis B and C, HIV, and other viral infections. Infections tend to form at the injection site where an abscess will eventually form. Endocarditis, or the inflammation of the inner lining of the heart, can also result from the dirty environment.
Liver tumors and blood filled cysts in the liver have been linked to steroid use as well. When the cysts rupture, they cause internal bleeding and other potential life threatening conditions.
The cardiovascular system also suffers when an athlete shoots up with steroids. Heart attacks and strokes can happen to anyone on steroids, even teenagers. Many teenagers have died while taking steroids. Additionally, steroid use decreases the good levels of cholesterol. The risk of blood clots increases with steroid use as well.
On a more vain side, steroids can cause skin problems like acne and cysts. Oily skin and hair also result from steroid use.
Hormonally steroids do irreversible and reversible damage. If the drug user stops after a short time, the otherwise irreversible effect of reduced Sperm Count and testicle shrinking can reverse. Other changes are not reversible, such as male pattern baldness and breast development in men.
Conversely, women who take steroids often experience masculine traits, such as a loss of body fat, breast shrinkage, and coarse skin. A body hair begins to grow excessively while their scale hair thins. Women on steroids also tend to have an enlarged clitoris and deeper voice.
Finally, steroid use can literally stunt a teenage user’s growth by causing bones to stop growing, locking the user into his current height.
Pony up with your teens: talk to them about steroid use. Keep an eye open for changes in their body, and be open with them.

Before dealing with the topic of the bones in Quran versus Bible versus Sciences, it is essential to give some statistical hints. The total words in the Bible are 788,280 while total words in the Quran are 77,473. It follows that, the Bible is more than 10 times the Quran word-wise. In other words, the Bible has the potential of more than 10 times than the Quran to exhibit its topics.
Back to the bones, it is mentioned 92 times in the Bible and 12 times in the Quran, i.e. the Bible mentions the bones more than seven times than the Quran does.
There are many points concerning the bones that are found in the Bible but are not present in the Quran. There are two important subjects in respect to the bones are present in both the Bible and the Quran.
And there is one big heading that is present in the Quran but not found in the Bible.

Surah 23: 14
Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (fetus) lump; then We made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then We developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the Best to create!
The embryo is a boneless lump. Its cartilage tissue is transformed into bones in due time, as stated in the Quran, followed by their being clothed in muscular flesh. This process was unknown 1400 years ago. It was believed that the bones and muscles developed simultaneously. Sophisticated microscopes and micro cameras introduced into the uterus corroborated once again the truth expressed in this verse.

After researching online, I discovered that semen volume can be increase through something called kegel exercises since I was 14 (now), which exercises the PC muscle located near a man’s anus. If i continue doing these excersises, should I be able to ejaculate like OG Mudbone, with a lot of force and sperm?
The pubococcygeus muscle is located on a man between his anus and the part of the scrotum that attaches to the public bone. Exercising it can increase stamina and overall intensity of orgasms, but it’ll have little to do with ejaculate volume. It can help, but the main source is just your testosterone levels, how well you eat and how hydrated you are.
I am assuming OG Mudbone is an adult film star. A lot of those scenes where they show them ejaculate really big loads are faked.

According to the legends famous in India shilajit is considered as nectar or amrit of God given to mankind to live life youthfully and become immortal forever. Shilajit commonly called, as shilajitu in ayurvedic terms is a kind of resins that oozes out from Himalayan Mountains due to heating effect of sun in summers. It is pale brown to blackish brown in colour. This resin is soft in texture, slimy to touch, pure and heavy. It is soluble in water. Others names by which shilajit is famous are asphaltum, mineral pitch, and girij.
Shilajit is an end product of plant matter that has decomposed centuries ago and got dumped in mountains and due to pressure, got preserved in mountains. Shilajit is found in Himalayan region especially in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet and kumaon area in India
Shilajitu is considered has ushan virya i.e. it possess hot potency, which makes it, fight against the ailments caused by vata disorder. It possesses katu, tickt and kashaya rasa and possesses laghu (light) and ruksh (dry) properties, which helps it in acting the way it works. Due to presence of these properties shilajit acts as vata and kapha suppressant, it also helps in moderating pitta dosha. Shilajit is said to contain many biochemical’s, mainly fulvic acid but humic acid, uronic acids, hippuric acid, benzopyrones, phenolic glycosides and amino acid are also present. Shilajit should never be taken in raw form, first it is purified and then used.
Shilajit is widely used in preparation of ayurvedic medicines and is regarded as one of the most important ingredient in ayurvedic system of medicine. You and your spouse are happily married for 15 years now. Both of you have stable jobs, a dream house, several brand-new sedans, and a hard-earned fortune that you can be proud of to other people.
But there is one thing that bothers you both.
You do not have children to share all of these blessings and happiness with.
Although you love and understand each others very much, you are still bothered by the fact that you cannot have even a single child for over 15 years of your marriage with your spouse. If you didnâ??t bother for having a child on the early years of your marriage, now you are searching for a definite answer. You do not want to live the next 25 years without a child running to your arms and feeling your warm parental embrace.
At this point, you need not to ask who among the two of you (your spouse) has the incapacity, but rather what is the real condition of your respective reproductive systems. However, it is clear that both of you are victims of infertility.
Infertility is a disease of the reproductive system where any one or even both of you have the inability to conceive a child naturally. In the aforementioned case, you can say that they are plagued by infertility over the years because the diagnosis of such disease states that if a couple failed to conceive a child after a year of well-timed (the fertile period) and unprotected (without the usage of anti-pregnancy medications) sexual intercourse, then they are diagnosed with infertility.

The latter condition is rare, though there are instances when both your reproductive systems functions normally yet you are having difficulty in conceiving a child.
Who is at risk on getting infertility problems? The following age groups are said to be falling under the infertility diagnosis:
Couples under 35 years of age and have tried to conceive a child but failed to do so after one year of well-timed and unprotected sexual intercourse.
Couples over 35 years of age and still trying to conceive a child but failed after 6 months of well-timed and unprotected sexual intercourse.
Couples over 30 years of age and have previous medical history of PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, repeated pregnancy loss, painful menstruation cycle, or the male partner suffers from low Sperm Count.
There are varieties of medications that you can take to combat infertility. This may include artificial insemination, ovulation inducers, and surgery, if necessary. However, it is recommended that you consult with your attending physicians first before taking any treatment plan that would address your infertility problem.
Infertility problem should be addressed by the couple themselves. This is not the time to pinpoint who is infertile. What matters most is that both of you agree to consult a physician and support whoever found out to be having infertility problems. It is both your concern, and should be resolved without hurting each otherâ??s feeling. A child may just be a few years away from now, if you will act immediately.
